Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Configuration
Management (CM) Analyst with knowledge and experience with CM
standards processes and tools. Our team is responsible for
providing lifecycle engineering, logistical, and administrative
support to multiple Government Program Management Offices (PMO).
The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with
conflicting priorities in a dynamic team environment.Additional
responsibilities include:
Providing software life cycle support
to multiple, complex software applicationsMonitoring requirements,
changes, and configuration of software throughout the life cycle of
the software based on agile development principlesAssist Systems
Engineers in the analysis of change requests, problem reports, and
software discrepancies to ensure integrity, confidentiality,
security, and traceabilityManage requirements including
traceability of functional and non-functional requirementsCreating,
promoting, and implementing Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
initiatives for critical project functionsParticipate and brief on
current state of CM affairs at Integrated Program Reviews
(IPRs)Ensure software development life cycle and system
documentation incorporate Raise the Bar (RTB) RequirementsAssembles
controlled software configuration items and creates and maintains
controlled software baselines.Maintains an inventory and record of
all software baselines sent to customersReview written technical
documents, technical reports and whitepapers with researchers and
developers for document accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling,
punctuation, content, and styleEnsuring that all written content
meets our company's and the customer's standardsDeveloping,
communicating, and adhering to goals for content, workflow, and aim
of writingOversee changes and configuration management tasks for
the teamBuild and foster relationships among diverse
stakeholdersOther duties as assignedRequired Education, Experience,
& Skills
BA or BS in Business Management,
English, Applied Science, or another related fieldMinimum 3 years
of relevant experienceExperience with CM standards, processes, and
toolsExperience with Requirements Management Solid, demonstrable
experience with Microsoft Office-- SuiteSolid, demonstrable
experience working with basic file types, structures, and transfer
mechanisms.Experience in the use of automated Application Lifecycle
Management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, etc. Ability to
adhere to deadlines and handle pressureExcellent interpersonal and
customer-relations skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Strong writing, editing,
proofreading, and page composition skillsExcellent communication
skills both written and verbalBasic knowledge of roles and
responsibilities within an Air Force Program Management
OfficeFamiliarity with current cross-domain technologiesBasic
knowledge of Agile developmentPay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $86460 - $146982Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
