Job Description

Administer medications, perform treatments, and document as required
Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions
Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- 1-3 years of previous clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques
