LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a
travel nursing job in Oneida, New York.Job Description &
Requirements
- Must have NYS License.
- Must have 2 years experience.
- BLS Required.
- The work involves the routine care of residents in accordance
with a detailed and well-defined resident care plan required as a
staff level Registered Nurse and under the direct supervision of
the Registered Nurse (UM or Nursing Supervisor) and Physician.
- The RN vent nurse involves being responsible for coordinating
individual resident care and performing nursing services requiring
specialized judgement and skills in the care of the ventilator
resident.
- Provides direct nursing care to residents and oversees the
day-to-day nursing activities performed by the CNAs and Ward Clerks
on the unit.
- Provides care and services to residents within the scope of
license such as medication pass, treatments proficient
documentation and recording resident care on the care plan, MAR and
TAR.
- This RN must have the ability to make independent decisions when
circumstances warrant such action but also understands must be in
constant communication with the RN (UM/Supervisor) with updates
