Hours and Benefits for the PMHNP: Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year
Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday, on-site (No on-call nights or weekends!)

Responsibilities for the PMHNP: Develop and implement trauma-informed strategies to enhance psychiatric care and support organizational growth.
Lead in-service training programs to promote professional development and skill enhancement for staff.
Provide on-site or telehealth coverage as needed, including consultations, prescriptions, and emergency response.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health services.


Requirements for the PMHNP: 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certification
