Job Description:
A leading acute care health system based in upstate New York is
now seeking an experienced Regional Dialysis Nurse Supervisor to
join their award-winning healthcare team.
This system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations, along
with three critical access sites and many regional outpatient
locations. This comprehensive healthcare system is a
not-for-profit, integrated healthcare delivery network that serves
a large region of upstate New York. This organization also strives

Reporting to the Dialysis Director, the Regional Dialysis Nurse
Supervisor will oversee inpatient, outpatient, and home dialysis
care teams. Responsibilities include managing daily operations,
ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, evaluating staff
performance, developing training programs, and implementing various
quality improvement initiatives. The Regional Dialysis Nurse
Supervisor will also provide direct patient care including
administering dialysis treatments.
What's Needed to Succeed:
Registered Nurse RN license
Progressive experience in renal care and dialysis setting
Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
