Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX Design Lead to shape the
user experience of their enterprise cybersecurity products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research and
usability testing
Develop interactive design solutions and optimize user flows for
seamless navigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior
designers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, and
information architecture
Experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry is
a plus
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Familiarity with React & HTML/CSS
