Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to
guide customers through the loan process and enhance their
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via outbound calls, email,
text, and web chat
Manage a pipeline of borrowers with submitted loan applications and
ensure timely follow-up
Document customer interactions and share insights for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications:
Prior banking and/or lending experience
Experience with high-volume outbound dialing
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
