RVCC is hiring Clinicians for our Outpatient Clinics! River Valley Counseling Center, Inc's Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all. _ Clinic Locations: Chicopee, Holyoke, Springfield, Westfield & Easthampton __ Overview of Job Responsibilities: _ Provide trauma-informed assessment and treatment of client mental health needs in compliance with policies and procedures of RVCC & regulatory agencies Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Provide on-going therapy to individuals, families and/or couples, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and conducting on-going assessments of progress. Utilize strength-based, trauma-informed, resilience-building communication strategies in interactions with clients and families. Exercise cultural humility and respect at all times. Maintain client confidentiality, rights, and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Document all clinical work accurately and maintain client records according to established RVCC and regulatory standards and procedures. Develop and maintain working knowledge of community services and resources for clients. Coordinate any necessary referrals, outreach, advocacy, or case consultation as appropriate to meet client needs. Participate in client care and multidisciplinary team conferences when indicated. Attend required RVCC monthly staff team meetings. Prepare for and participate in supervision (1 hour per week for clinicians who are not independently licensed; 1 hour per month for those that are).

_ Job Requirements: __ Education - _ Master's degree with a concentration in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or social work _ Years of Experience - _ One to three years' experience as a mental health clinician or social worker preferred _ Skills/Abilities - _ Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability desirable, though not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, good customer relations skills, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession. _ Licensing - _ Preferred current Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW, preferred though not required.

_ Hiring Bonus: _ Up to $2,500 for Master Level, Unlicensed Clinicians Up to $3,500 for LCSW Up to $4,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist) An additional bonus for Bilingual Clinicians - Up to $2,000 Up to $10,000 retention payments offered to licensed clinicians at signing and at one year of employment
