REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Secure and manage profitable insurance agency relationships in assigned territory for commercial property and casualty product lines.

*** Develop and execute territory sales plan.

*** Sales calls and visits to develop agency relationships.

*** Visit and train agencies on sales propositions, product changes, and platform changes or enhancements to ensure ease of use when writing business.

*** Monitor agency production against planned projections, investigate and explain variations, and adjust projections accordingly.

*** Recommend corrective agency actions.

*** Investigate market intelligence; assess and describe potential impact or relevance of new information.

*** Mine territory for new opportunities and make use of demographics and local business activities.

*** Maintain comprehensive understanding of competitor products, marketing techniques, compensation strategies, etc.
