  • Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet all operational goals.
  • Modeling, adhering, and enforcing Park attendance policy and all other policies as stated in the Team Member Handbook on a strict and continuous basis.
  • Supporting all safety and incentive programs and procedures within respective areas of responsibility.
  • Responsible for areas and main sheds being stocked, cleaned, and organized.
  • Responsible for the tracking of daily labor and expense budgets and ensuring compliance.
  • SOP Training, Location Training, and continuous on the job training for Team Members.
  • Ensuring that all Team Members within assigned Area are properly trained and equipped to perform their job responsibilities.
  • Ability to successful interpret and explain SDS information.
  • Inventory control and management.
  • Location retention, motivation and morale.How You Will Do It
    • Responsible for Coaching, Counseling, and Documentation.
    • Responding to and resolving guest situations in a professional and responsible manner.
    • Develop Team Members and Lead for future leadership roles.
    • Practices, supports, maintains and enforces a total safety culture for all Leads, and Team Members.
    • Manages all aspects of Park Services to include staffing, budgeting, quality control and all other procedures to ensure the success of their assigned area and the Park Services Department
    • All other duties assigned to support the park by management.What You Will Need
      • Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
      • Self-starter ability to anticipate and manage multiple projects and priorities while working with a high level of attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and average computer skills.
      • At least two years of theme park experience (preferred)
      • Must be 18 years of age with valid Drivers License.
