Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert with a comprehensive understanding of basic cyber skills, Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM), and familiarity with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). The ideal candidate will have exposure to government programs and possess strong project management and communication skills.



Responsibilities:

Take ownership of activities leading to CMMC L2 certification for ARC- lead them with full passion and commitment
Collaborate with partners to onboard, migrate data, and for setting up policies and procedures as part of CMMC certification
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and systems.
Ensure compliance with CUI and CMMC standards.
Coordinate with government agencies and contractors on cybersecurity initiatives.
Manage cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.



Team Technical Stack:

Knowledge of vulnerability management platforms (such as Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7) and familiarity with the CMMC and CUI security requirements.
Candidates must be capable of leading efforts to achieve the CMMC L2 certification, ensuring the organization meets all necessary cybersecurity practices for federal contracts.
Project Management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and tools related to NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and CMMC certification


Qualifications:

Must have experience with:

Proven experience in cybersecurity, including basic cyber skills and EVM.
Expertise with CUI and CMMC requirements.
Exposure to government programs is preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Nice to have:

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Experience working with federal or state government cybersecurity programs.



Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $110k - $115k/Annually on W2. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
