Job Description:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support shipments and deliveries for entire campus as required.
Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments. Reject damaged
items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper; receive and
process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit;
maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies as
needed.
Position may require extensive outside work.
Comply with all DOT and IATA regulations. Comply with Department of
Homeland Security requirements.
Have experience with computer systems to include Microsoft Office
products, i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel
Will be required to learn, understand and perform the duties of the
mail center
Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements for Shipping and Receiving Support
This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a
background check; this position may require annual background
checks.
Minimum three years relevant experience as well as high school
diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift up to 50 lb. containers safely and efficiently.
Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
Strong customer service, especially when working on confidential
matters.
Requirement to undergo background check.
Familiarity with computer and Microsoft programs.

Salary Range: $21.50-$22.50/ hour
*Posted salary rates are determined upon experience and
education
